Ordering Process
In order to create the best awards possible for you, we have some helpful tips to ensure you have a great experience with our ordering process. You may call or email any time to begin placing your order. Also, you may come see us during our operating hours and a friendly representative can assist you. It is also extremely helpful if you have artwork prepared (see below) and have a rough idea of what you want to say. However, our design team has years of experience and can assist you with creating the perfect verbiage. If you have not selected an award yet, a good start is to decide on a price range. When you are ready, contact us and we will get started!
Artwork
We can accept many different types of artwork and logos. Our design team will use various techniques to ensure it appears as well as possible on the award. We prefer vector artwork but accept PDF, EPS, CDR, AI, TIF, JPG, and many others. Artwork can be color or black and white. However, we recommend sending the highest quality logo that you have. If you would like any additional artwork, we will do our best to find it for you online. You can upload below or email it to us directly.
Production Time
We will always strive to complete your order on time. In order for us to get your awards to you on time, it is important that you monitor your email and be ready to review the layouts that we create.
